Are you an experienced, ambitious, and passionate residential childcare professional ready to lead and shape a brand-new children's home? We are looking for a dynamic Children's Home Manager to open and manage a 3-bed SEMH home, making a real difference to children with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

We are looking for someone who:
Is enrolled in or holds a Level 5 qualification in Residential Childcare (essential) Holds a full UK driving licence (essential) Has proven experience in residential childcare leadership Can confidently manage a home for children with SEMH needs Is highly motivated, resilient, and passionate about delivering outstanding care Thrives on creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for young people
