Children's Home Manager
to
lead two solo, EBD residential services
in
Preston
. This is a key leadership role where you'll create a positive, therapeutic environment and ensure the absolute highest standards of care across both homes.
Your Core Responsibilities
Ofsted Registration:
Formally register with
Ofsted
as the manager for the service.
Compliance & Policy:
Develop company policies and procedures, maintain records, and ensure both homes are fully compliant.
Strategic Leadership:
Work closely with the
Responsible Individual (RI)
to ensure both services are safe, effective, and achieve excellent outcomes.
Team Management:
Manage, recruit, and develop
the staff teams across both homes.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee budgets, resources, and the referral process for both services.
What You'll Bring
Qualification:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
(or equivalent) is essential.
Experience:
Proven experience as a
Deputy or Registered Manager
in a children's home setting, ideally with therapeutic understanding.
Driving:
A valid UK driving license is required.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary:
Up to
70,000
basic salary per year, plus performance bonuses (total package up to
75,000
).
