36,000 - 45,000 (once registered), up to 60,000 for dual registration (depending on experience)

Flexible rota - not fixed 9-5 (e.g., 2pm-10pm for mentoring or should you wish to be present for a family contact session)

Who we are looking for...
We are looking for a passionate, grounded Registered Manager who has the emotional intelligence, resilience, and professional maturity to lead a small but high-functioning residential home. This person must understand therapeutic care, champion relational practice, and be committed to leading with warmth, clarity and accountability.
You will have:
Experience managing or deputising in a children's home
Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards
A therapeutic, child-centred approach
The ability to mentor and lead a settled and skilled team
