Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to take the lead in a children's residential service. You'll be responsible for day-to-day operations, compliance with Ofsted, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
Key responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and develop the care team Ensure the highest standards of care and safeguarding Oversee budgets, staffing, and service delivery Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes
Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years' experience in residential childcare, with at least 1 year in management Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge Committed to delivering child-centred care
