At 360 Children's Residential Services, we're searching for a Registered Manager to lead our brand-new 2-bedded home in Enfield. This is a unique opportunity to build a nurturing, high-performing home from the ground up, guided by our trauma-informed, person-centred ethos.
About Us
360 Children's Residential Services is a growing and forward-thinking organisation dedicated to creating safe, stable, and therapeutic homes for children and young people aged 7-17. With homes across London and the South West--and more on the way--we are committed to helping every child heal, develop positive relationships, and thrive.
We work with children who have experienced early trauma, loss, and neglect, and we embrace their potential rather than focusing on problems. Our approach is grounded in the PACE model of therapeutic parenting and driven by the values of Commitment, Respect, and Support.
