Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage a children's residential home. The successful candidate will ensure excellent care standards, compliance with OFSTED and Children's Homes regulations, and promote positive outcomes for young people in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Requirements:



Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years' recent experience in children's residential care At least 1 year in a supervisory/management position within a children's home Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and OFSTED regulations Eligibility to register with OFSTED as a Registered Manager Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff Experience managing compliance, quality assurance, and OFSTED inspections
