Hamann Care is looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our 3-bed therapeutic children's home in Rochdale. This is a unique opportunity to join a values-driven organisation with a focus on trauma-informed care, outstanding outcomes, and sector-leading staff support.
What You'll Be Doing.
Leading a dedicated staff team to deliver therapeutic care in line with Ofsted's Quality Standards.
Ensuring the safety, development, and emotional well-being of every child in your care.
Embedding a positive, resilient culture that empowers young people and staff alike.
Managing all aspects of the home including compliance, safeguarding, staffing, budgeting, and inspections.
Collaborating with therapists, education teams, and local authorities to ensure joined-up, child-centred care.
What We're Looking For.
You hold or are working towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or deputy role in a children's home.
Proven track record of achieving good or outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
Knowledge of therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches.
Passionate about leading from the front and delivering the best for children.
