Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate

Registered Manager to lead a children's supported accommodation service. This role is central to ensuring safe, person-centred, and high-quality support for young people. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading a team of dedicated staff, and promoting the well-being and development of each young person.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day management of supported accommodation for young people Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding standards, and the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 Develop and maintain care and support plans tailored to individual needs Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of support staff Promote independent living skills and emotional resilience in young people Coordinate with local authorities, health professionals, and educational partners Monitor budgets and ensure efficient use of resources

Key Requirements:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People's Services) or equivalent Strong understanding of children's social care legislation and safeguarding Experience managing children's supported accommodation or residential care services Proven leadership and staff management experience Skilled in developing person-centred care plans and risk assessments Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities Enhanced DBS required Full UK driving licence preferred

Pay: 60,000.00-70,000.00 per year
