Senior Leadership Opportunity: Registered Manager - Field's Care Ltd (Brent, London)

Detailed Responsibilities:
CQC & Compliance:
Leading CQC inspection preparations and maintaining/improving our 'Good' rating
Implementing and updating policies in line with regulatory requirements
Conducting regular internal audits and quality assurance reviews
Managing relationships with CQC inspectors and local authorities
Financial Management:
Overseeing complete payroll operations for 50 staff
Managing client invoicing and payment tracking
Budget management and financial reporting
Monitoring KPIs and creating performance improvement strategies
Operational Leadership:
Managing emergency on-call rota system
Coordinating staff coverage for 90+ clients across multiple boroughs
Implementing and maintaining digital care management systems
Conducting regular service audits and quality monitoring
Managing complaint resolution and service improvement initiatives with immediate turnaround.
Staff Management:
Leading recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
Ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements
Conducting staff supervisions and performance reviews and appraisals
Managing disciplinary procedures when required
Coordinating ongoing professional development programs
Business Development:
Leading tender applications and contract negotiations
Developing relationships with key stakeholders in Brent, Hertfordshire, and other boroughs
Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
Managing relationships with NHS partners and local authorities
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (essential)
Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
Proven track record of successful CQC inspections and ratings improvement
Demonstrated experience in tender applications and contract management
Strong understanding of local authority funding and NHS continuing healthcare
Experience with digital care management systems
Track record of successful staff management and team development
