Registered Manager
to lead the team at one of our
newly registered residential services

About the Role
You will oversee the care delivery within the new service, manage and supervise the staff team, and ensure the highest standards of care are consistently provided. As the Registered Manager, you will also be responsible for liaising with the CQC, building strong local authority relationships, and continually monitoring the evolving clinical needs of our service users.
Key Duties
Leading the setup and development of a newly registered home
Formulating individualised support plans
Writing residential core assessments, pathway plans, and professional reports
Engaging in direct work with people we support and their families
Day-to-day oversight of operations, policies, finances, and administration
Budget management and compliance with regulatory standards
Maintaining accurate manual and electronic records
About You
Clear enhanced DBS record
Strong experience working with Social Services and Local Authorities
A Health & Social Care degree or a relevant management qualification (or equivalent)
In-depth understanding of
CQC regulations
and current care legislation
Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills
Minimum
2 years in a similar managerial role
A Full UK Driving Licence is desirable
