Registered Manager

, you'll be the backbone of a service providing exceptional care for young people aged 10-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained, all while creating a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations Ensuring a high-quality, safe, and supportive environment for young people Leading recruitment efforts and supporting staff retention strategies Allocating Key Workers to each child and overseeing care plans Providing leadership, training, and supervision to staff Maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and safeguarding standards Acting as the Responsible Individual and reporting to Directors

What you'll need

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Experience in managing care services, particularly with young people with EBD A Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or willingness to work towards it) Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills A track record of delivering high-quality care and meeting regulatory standards The ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team with confidence
