The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Registered Manager
to oversee the day-to-day operations of a domiciliary care service. This role requires strong leadership, a commitment to compliance, and a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You will be responsible for managing the staff team, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and delivering safe, person-centred care. This role offers the opportunity to shape and develop the service while ensuring clients and their families receive the highest standards of support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support the care team, fostering a positive working culture.
Oversee daily service operations in line with CQC requirements.
Ensure care plans are person-centred, regularly updated, and responsive to changing needs.
Act on safeguarding concerns, ensuring all actions and notifications are appropriately handled.
Maintain and improve CQC ratings through robust quality assurance systems.
Manage staff recruitment, retention, training, and supervision.
Handle financial responsibilities including invoicing, payroll submissions, and contract tenders.
Build strong relationships with clients and families, addressing concerns promptly.
Ensure health and safety standards are upheld at all times.
Provide support for out-of-hours service delivery to ensure safe and effective care 24/7.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
Previous management experience within a social care setting.
Strong understanding of CQC compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
A proactive, compassionate approach to supporting both clients and staff.
