Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care



Location:

Ferndown, Wimborne, Ringwood & Surrounding Areas

Salary:

35,000 - 37,000 per annum (DOE) + Fuel Card

Contract:

Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Be Doing



As our Registered Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the leadership and development of our domiciliary care services. You'll work alongside a supportive and experienced team to ensure care is safe, person-centred, and consistently high quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

Service Leadership

- Overseeing the daily operation of services across the area, ensuring care meets individual needs and CQC standards

Regulation & Compliance

- Maintaining full compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, ensuring the service is safe, well-led, and effective

Team Management

- Leading and mentoring care staff, conducting interviews for new team members, and supporting ongoing supervision and development

Client Relationships

- Meeting with new and existing clients to assess needs, review care plans, and build lasting, positive relationships

Operational Oversight

- Managing rotas, on-call duties, audits, and safeguarding processes

Community Engagement

- Representing Bloomfield Care at local events, meetings, and within the wider care community, supporting the growth of our services

What We're Looking For



Qualifications:

NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (minimum) and working towards Level 5 or have an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care

Experience:

Previous experience managing or supervising domiciliary care services

Leadership:

Strong team leadership and communication skills

Regulatory Knowledge:

Confident understanding of CQC expectations and care legislation

Values:

Driven by compassion, professionalism, and a genuine desire to improve lives

Driving Licence:

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle - essential
