Job Description
A growing care provider is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a dynamic domiciliary care service across Rotherham and Doncaster. This role offers the opportunity to drive quality, lead a motivated team, and make a real difference in your community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a high-quality, person-centred care service Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing care team Oversee compliance, staffing, service coordination, and quality assurance Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with CQC standards Build strong relationships with service users, families, commissioners, and stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve and grow the service
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health and social care Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices Excellent team leadership, communication, and organisational skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: 38,000.00-40,000.00 per year
