Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 (depending on experience) - Bonuses at the Directors' discretion.

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our Brooklands Supported Living Service in the Dunmurry area. The service currently comprises of two properties, supporting two adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.


You will be responsible for the overall management and quality of the service, ensuring that our support is person-centred, empowering, and compliant with RQIA standards. You will lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated team, working collaboratively with families, professionals, and Trust representatives to achieve positive outcomes for the people we support.

About You




We're looking for an experienced, proactive leader who combines compassion with professionalism and a calm, positive, "can-do" attitude.

Essential Qualifications & Experience



Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification recognised by RQIA). Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a registered care or supported living setting. Proven track record supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviours. Strong knowledge of RQIA standards, health and social care legislation, and safeguarding frameworks. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Ability to manage resources effectively, including staff and budgets.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience



5+ years' experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge. Experience in developing new supported living services or transitioning individuals from hospital or residential care. Experience in implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches. Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
