Are you a dedicated, compassionate leader with a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities? We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee our Supported Living service in Harpenden, following the retirement of our much-valued, long-standing manager.
About the Role
You will be at the heart of a vibrant community setting, responsible for managing supported living services for 16 adults with learning disabilities. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of care, empowering the people we support to live as independently as possible while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, ambition, responsiveness and empowerment.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines.
Develop person-centred support plans in close collaboration with the people we support.
Lead the use of digital systems to enhance efficiency, communication, and the delivery of high-quality care and support.
Drive continuous improvement in service quality and outcomes.
Manage budgets, resources, and administrative requirements efficiently.
Champion safeguarding, health, and wellbeing for all the people we support.
About You
Qualified and registered with the CQC, with relevant management experience in supported living or similar setting.
Demonstrable experience working with adults with learning disabilities.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Warm, approachable, and resilient, with a genuine commitment to personalisation and empowerment.
