Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Children's Manager to oversee pediatric patient care within our healthcare facility. This leadership role requires extensive experience in pediatric nursing, critical care, and team management. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team committed to improving outcomes for children and their families.

Duties:

? An experienced Registered Manager.

? Previous Good or Outstanding Ofsted Reports.

? Wants to take an organisation forward from the start and can shape things to their vision.

? Experience with Clearcare and/or having an electronic system for the home.

? Is hands-on, loves being an RM.

? Is open to future role expansion options such as dual registration.

? Must have the usual Level 5 or equivalent qualifications and Enhanced DBS.

? In Birmingham (or easily commutable).

Requirements

Valid RN license certification preferred. Extensive experience in focused on children. Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in a healthcare setting managing multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA standards. This role is integral to delivering compassionate pediatric care while leading a team dedicated to excellence in health outcomes for children across various clinical settings.

Pay: 60,000.00-70,000.00 per year
