Registered Mental Health Nurse (Nights)

Service:

Locked Mental Health Rehabilitation Service

Contract:

Part-Time, Nights Only - 37.5 Hours per Week

Shift Pattern:

TBC - 3 shifts per week inclusive of some weekends

Salary:

38,902.50 per annum (19.95 per hour, including paid breaks)

+ 2,000 Welcome Bonus

14-bedded Locked Rehabilitation Service

, providing essential care and support to help individuals live as independently as possible.

Overtime paid at 21.45 per hour Extra paid day off every year for your birthday. 35 days annual leave, including bank holidays. Additional days annual leave awarded at 2, 3, and 5 years' service. About The Role:

As a

Night Nurse

, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with enduring mental health needs. You'll be responsible for supporting recovery, promoting independence and ensuring the safety and well-being of the people we support throughout the night. Your duties will include creating care plans, administering medication, monitoring mental and physical health, and responding calmly and effectively to any challenges that arise. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a supportive and recovery-focused environment.

Our Ideal Night Nurse Will Have:

Experience in mental health or rehabilitation settings An active NMC registration Knowledge of current legislation A holistic approach to promoting recovery and independence

Experience in writing care plans and completing risk assessments Knowledge of health and safety guidelines Medication training
