Coed Du Hall Hospital are a mixed 22 bed, open rehab facility for adult patients with various mental health needs. Each patient has an individual rehabilitation programme, with a named nurse and key worker and also supported by Occupational Therapy, Psychology and RC input.
Coed Du Hall Hospital are looking for an experienced RMN for nights, 3/4 nights per week.
The role requires the nurse to lead and manage their shift and team of support workers. Each nurse will have a small caseload to whom they are the named nurse, and therefore responsible for the assessment, planning, interventions and evaluations of their care and support.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 21.10-22.10 per hour
