We are currently recruiting experienced and dedicated

Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs)

to work

temporary shifts

in a reputable

inpatient mental health service

. Our client provides care to adults with a range of acute and complex mental health needs, and we are looking for nurses who are passionate about making a difference in this field.

You will work across acute, PICU, or rehabilitation wards

, supporting recovery-focused care and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all service users.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with care plans Administering medication and monitoring patient response Supporting service users with their mental health recovery journey Leading shifts and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams Responding effectively to incidents and maintaining a safe environment Ensuring accurate documentation and care planning

Requirements:

NMC-registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid PIN Minimum 6 months of recent experience in a mental health inpatient setting PMVA or MAPA training (preferred - can be provided) Strong clinical skills and risk management awareness A calm, compassionate, and professional approach Right to work in the UK
