Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality

mental health care

in line with care plans and policies. Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and provide interventions. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff in a multidisciplinary team. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation is up to date. Support assessments, care planning, and risk management activities. Deliver therapeutic interventions and participate in treatment programs. Uphold safeguarding standards and patient safety at all times.

About You

Registered

Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

with

NMC registration

. Experience working in

mental health care

(hospital, community, or residential settings). Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Committed to patient safety, dignity, and recovery-focused care.
