A leading mental health service in Newcastle is seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their growing team. You'll have the opportunity to make a lasting difference by supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.

Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive assessments and develop care plans. Deliver recovery-focused interventions and therapeutic support. Support individuals through crisis situations with empathy. Work collaboratively with families and multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements:

Current NMC registration (RMN). Experience in acute, rehabilitation, or community services. Excellent communication and de-escalation skills.
