Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
in Southampton. The post involves supporting service users with diverse mental health needs across a range of care settings.Responsibilities:
Carry out risk assessments and care planning. Deliver recovery-focused and therapeutic interventions. Support individuals in crisis and promote positive outcomes. Maintain accurate, compliant records in line with NMC standards.
Requirements:
NMC registration (RMN). Previous experience in acute or community mental health care. Strong safeguarding knowledge and de-escalation skills.
