.Your Role:
As an agency RMN through Regent Care Recruitment, you will:
Deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred care to adults with mental health needs Administer medication and monitor mental and physical health conditions Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and service providers Handle incidents and manage challenging behaviours professionally Maintain accurate records, risk assessments, and care plans
What We're Looking For:
Valid
NMC registration
as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN)Experience
working with adults with mental health and/or learning disabilities Flexibility to workday and/or night shifts
across different settings Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills A compassionate, professional, and resilient attitudeRight to work in the UK
(no sponsorship available)Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 23.00-30.00 per hour
