Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' progress and respond promptly to changes in their condition. Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Skills

Strong knowledge of patient care practices and protocols. Proficient understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and care delivery. Empathetic approach towards patient care, demonstrating compassion and respect for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
