Job Description

The Registered Nursing Associate has a breadth of knowledge across the lifespan, providing holistic and person-centred care and support for people of all ages and in a variety of settings. The Registered Nursing Associate will help to bridge the gap between Health Care Assistants and Registered Nurses by working independently under the leadership of Registered Nurses, working within the sphere of nursing and care and within all aspects of the nursing process. Registered Nursing Associate are equipped with the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes, and behaviours relevant to employment; and will act in accordance with the NMC Code: Professional standards of practice and behaviour for Nurses, Midwives and Nursing Associates. The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and promote safeguarding by implementing the Trusts policies and procedures, acting promptly on concerns, communicating effectively and sharing information appropriately.



If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of 54.50. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of 16.
