Responsibilities



Deliver comprehensive patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities. Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised care plans. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with legal and organisational standards. Educate patients and their families regarding health management, medication use, and post-discharge care instructions. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, ensuring safety and comfort at all times. Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment within the healthcare facility. Assist in organising patient admissions, discharges, and transfers efficiently.

Experience



Proven experience as a Registered Nurse Associate in our small nursing home. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to support accurate assessment and care delivery. Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Familiarity with healthcare software systems for documentation purposes is desirable. This role requires a committed individual who values teamwork, continuous learning, and delivering exemplary patient care. Candidates must hold valid PIN registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
