About the Role




As a Community Nurse, youll deliver safe and compassionate care to Oncology patients at home.

What you'll do:



Providing pre chemo blood sampling Monitoring patients and updating care records. Escalate concerns when needed. Promote patient health and independence Work closely with other professionals as part of a team Working with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Supporting health and wellbeing activities

You must have:



An active NMC registration 3+ years nursing experience Skills with Port-a-cath, PICC lines and venepuncture (essential) Oncology experience (desirable) A full UK drivers licence and your own vehicle (essential) The right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)*
