About the Role:

Community Nurse (Oncology)


Youll provide safe, compassionate care to oncology patients in the comfort of their own homes.

What you'll do:



Providing pre chemo blood sampling Monitoring patients and updating care records. Escalate concerns when needed. Promote patient health and independence Work closely with other professionals as part of a team Working with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Supporting health and wellbeing

Youll Need:



Active NMC registration Minimum 3 years post-registration experience PICC line and venepuncture competency (essential) Port a Cath access experience (essential) within the last 6 - 12 months Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)

Desirable:



Oncology nursing experience
