Registered Bank Nurse (Days or Nights)

We are looking for nurses who can work day or night shifts - Monday to Sunday - 7am to 7pm Shifts.

Due to our countryside location, applicants will need to be able to have the use of their own transport, as public transport is very limited.

Who We are Looking For

A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin Someone with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for elderly/dementia care A confident leader who values teamwork and communication

Skills you can bring:

To lead and support a team of Care Assistants , Team Leaders on day and night shifts with clinical duties. Ensure high standards of care and safety for our residents. Supervise, support and mentor colleagues. Maintain accurate care plans and documentation. Be confident with IT and have clear verbal and written communication skills Administer medication and respond to residents' needs with empathy and professionalism and care. Adhere to all CQC regulations and have experience of working in a Care Home/Hospital setting.
