Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Bekka Care in Middleton Hall Care Centre. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being of our elderly residents. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to providing a nurturing and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and monitor patients' health status. Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the care home.

Requirements

Valid nursing license (RN) in the UK. Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient care protocols. Understanding of anatomy and physiology is preferred. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and staff. Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
