Job Description

Role: Full-time Day shift Nurse (RGN/RMN) with progression to Clinical Lead role.

Hours: 33hrs per week (3 days) or 44hrs per week (4 days) 7.30am - 7.30pm

Salary: Competitive

Location: Burntisland (commutable from Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline or Edinburgh)

24 residents with dementia and nursing care needs live in this old Victorian Manse which has beautiful views of the Forth Sea.

Would suit someone who would like to progress to a Clinical Lead role.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Fife. In this vital role, you will contribute significantly to our mission of providing high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Assist in the assessment of patient health needs and outcomes. Participate in staff training and development initiatives. Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications

Valid nursing license (RN/RM) in the UK. Proven experience in a nursing role, preferably within a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medication administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
