Your Role:

As a

Registered Nurse (RN)

, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care to residents Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitoring and recording residents' conditions Leading and supporting care staff to ensure quality care Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Skills / Qualifications:

Valid NMC Pin is essential Previous experience in elderly care or a nursing home setting (Preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Empathetic Patient Respectful approach to care Ability to work independently and as part of a team
