Job Opportunity: Home Care Nurse (Day Support)

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced

Complex Care Nurse

to support a vibrant young woman living at home with her devoted mother and sisters. This

daytime role

focuses on helping her live life to the fullest--whether that's enjoying outings, spending quality time with family, or relaxing with a good audiobook.

About the Role

You will be part of a caring and supportive home environment, helping to provide high-quality, person-centred care. Our young woman is non-verbal, so the ideal nurse will be patient, intuitive, and committed to clear, kind communication--always preparing her for treatments and talking to her throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage medication Monitor and respond to seizures Provide ventilator care Support PEG feeding Carry out daily physiotherapy to assist with secretion movement Monitor overall well-being Engage in meaningful activities and community outings

Cerebral Palsy Global Developmental Delay Epilepsy Diabetes Dystonia PEG fed Registered Blind

About You

You'll be someone who brings both clinical expertise and a warm, person-centred approach to care.

Registered Nurse (RN/RGN/RMN/RNLD) Experience in complex care and with non-verbal individuals Confident in seizure and ventilator management Kind, respectful, and communicative Able to work collaboratively with the family and other professionals
Location:

Hounslow - in a warm, family home

Hours:

Day shifts - 6hrs to 12hrs
