Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality medical services.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Assist in coordinating patient care across various departments within the healthcare facility. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Skills

Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices. Proficient understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. Empathy and compassion towards patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times. Capability to remain calm under pressure while making informed decisions quickly.
