20.00 per hour

Shifts:

Day (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) or Night (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

At Glyncornel, we're looking for kind, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurses (RGNs, RMNs, or those with strong general nursing experience) to join our compassionate team on a flexible, bank basis.

About Glyncornel

Situated beside the tranquil Glyncornel lake, our small and welcoming 16-bed nursing home has been supporting older adults in the local community for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on our person-centred approach, our low staff turnover, and the strong sense of belonging we create--for both residents and staff.

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality nursing care in a supportive, home-from-home setting Administer medication and monitor treatment plans Assess residents' needs and liaise with external health professionals as needed Support residents with personal care and mobility Maintain clear and accurate clinical records Promote a calm, safe, and dignified environment for residents and colleagues
What We're Looking For

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (RMN or RGN) 1+ year of post-qualification experience (preferred) Compassionate and professional approach to care Strong communication and teamwork skills Confident with medication administration, clinical assessments, and care planning Able to adapt in a busy, fast-paced environment
