We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and medical histories. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, managing intravenous lines, and assisting with daily living activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans for patients. Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.

Experience

A valid nursing degree from an accredited institution is required. Proven knowledge of anatomy, medication administration, and patient care practices is essential. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified nurses. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are crucial for success in this role.
