Pay & Hours

:

22.57 per hour for day shifts Enhanced rates for bank holidays 38.5 hours per week (part-time options available) Casual positions also available

What's the Role?

You'll spend most of your time within one community, getting to know residents and their individual needs. With full support from a buddy during training, you'll build the confidence to work independently, providing hands-on care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You'll:

Liaise with GPs, dieticians, and other health professionals. Assess care plans and review medication. Support residents and their families with tailored care. Ideally, you will have experience working with dementia patients and individuals who exhibit challenging behaviours.
Upon joining, you'll embark on a comprehensive
