We are currently looking to recruit a Registered Staff Nurse.

Responsibility:
Work within a dedicated Healthcare Team to provide 24hr Nursing care:
- Units comprise of Frail Elderly, Dementia, and adults living with Physical Disability
- Develop a good working relationship with Health Trust personnel
- Registered Staff Nurse reports to Unit Manager / Director of Nursing
Demonstrate:
Good communication skills with Residents, their Families and Friends
Good working relationships with GPs and Health Trust teams.
Actively oversee and monitor care records
Complete care procedures and practices.
Excellent time management
Qualifications
Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
Strong patient care skills and a thorough understanding of anatomy
Proficient in medication administration and adherence to safety protocols
Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork
Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
