Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team at Dalginross House Care Home. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and comfort while supporting their individual needs.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessments and personalized care plans. Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and outcomes. Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness practices. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all residents.

Requirements

Valid nursing license (RN) in the UK. Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
