Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Duties

Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing patients' needs and developing individualised care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status, responding promptly to any changes or emergencies. Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance nursing skills.

Experience

A valid nursing qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is essential. Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable, particularly in areas related to patient care. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology is beneficial for effective patient assessment and care planning. Proven ability in medication administration with a focus on safety and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
