We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Assist with medical procedures and provide support during examinations as needed. Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes in patient conditions to the appropriate medical staff. Uphold infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.

Experience

A valid nursing qualification and registration with the relevant nursing regulatory body. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate patient care while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
