Registered Nurse (Days) - 21.93 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a well-established nursing home/private healthcare service in Plymouth. This is a permanent days-based role offering stability, a supportive working environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with clinical best practice. Administer medications safely and maintain accurate clinical records. Support residents with varying care needs, ensuring dignity, comfort, and safety at all times. Work collaboratively with care teams, external professionals, and families to ensure continuity of care. Contribute to care planning, assessments, and ongoing clinical developments within the service.

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD). Experience working in elderly care, residential care, or similar clinical settings. Strong clinical judgement and ability to work independently during day shifts. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills. A caring, professional approach with a genuine passion for delivering quality care.
