Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Days

Location: NN16 8TY
Hours: Full-Time - Mainly Day Shifts
Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: 20.00 - 21.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

to join our friendly care team. This role is ideal for a nurse with a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering high-quality care to elderly residents in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in accordance with NMC standards. Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Support and mentor care staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service. Conduct clinical assessments and contribute to personalised care plans. Promote residents' dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing.

Requirements

Valid

NMC registration

(RGN or RMN). Minimum

1 year of experience

in an elderly nursing home setting. Strong

clinical skills

and confidence in managing care needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Compassionate, professional, and patient-centred approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 20.00-21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
