About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our care home team on a full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to provide excellent nursing care in a supportive and professional environment.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards. Administer medication and oversee clinical procedures. Monitor residents' health and update care plans accordingly. Provide leadership and guidance to care staff during shifts. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
NMC registration as RGN or RMN. Minimum
2 years' care home experience
. Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high standards of care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 23.10 per hour
