We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

to join our caring and professional team.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of clinical care, dignity and respect. Working alongside our experienced care team, you'll oversee care delivery, support junior staff and promote a positive, person-centred approach at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care and support residents' health needs Administer and record medication safely and accurately Assess, plan and evaluate individualised care plans Lead, mentor and support care staff during shifts Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold regulatory standards

About You:

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin Compassionate and committed to person-centred care Strong clinical skills and good understanding of CQC standards Confident in leading and supporting a care team Excellent communication, organisation and record-keeping skills
