Job Description

Day RGN required at Woodheath care Home, Upton, Wirral.
24.25 per hour plus paid breaks. On-site parking available.

We have a Part time contract available of 24 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care Administer medication and manage care plans Monitor residents' health and wellbeing Work collaboratively with carers, families, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory standards Support and mentor care staff when required
