Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Henry Nihill House in Edgware. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for our residents by delivering exceptional nursing care that aligns with our mission and values.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care tailored to individual needs Administer medications and monitor patient responses Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans Educate patients and families on health management Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Support residents in daily activities to promote independence Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid license Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices Proficient in medication administration and monitoring Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork Ability to adapt to changing patient needs Compassionate approach to patient interactions Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required Commitment to upholding the values of our organization
