Job Description
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and monitor patient responses Educate patients and families on health management and wellness Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families Stay updated on best practices in nursing and home care.
Qualifications
Valid nursing license (RN) in the UK Strong knowledge of patient care standards and practices Proficient in medication administration and monitoring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate nature with a commitment to patient advocacy.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: 24.69 per hour
