Brief description:
To oversee the residents' medical needs and ensure all their care needs are being met.
To run each shift, by managing a team of care assistants and domestic staff to assist with the smooth running of the home.
To keep all residents records up to date and help explain the systems the home operates to new and existing members of staff on an ongoing basis.
Encourage residents to participate in various activities.
Our Nurse benefits package includes:
We pay your annual NMC registration fees and your annual indemnity insurance
We pay minimum 20 per hour in pay, more depending on experience
12 hours pay for 12 hour shift with one hour in total allocated to breaks
You are required to work alternative weekends
Handover is paid at an additional 15 minutes for each shift
